These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of citiegold.com and to text messages from CitieGold. These Terms apply to Citiefellow LLC, doing business as CitieGold (“CitieGold,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
SMS program: CitieGold Customer Messages
- Program description: When you opt in, CitieGold sends text messages about appointment and appraisal updates, replies to your inquiries, and customer care.
- How to opt in: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website contact form, or by giving us consent when you contact us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Appraisals and offers
Appraisals at CitieGold are free and carry no obligation to sell. Any price, estimate, or quote given by phone, text, email, or online is for information only and is not a guaranteed offer. A final offer can only be made after an in-person appraisal of your items at our store, and depends on factors such as weight, purity, condition, authenticity, and current market prices.
Identification and eligibility
To sell items, you must be of legal age and have the legal right to sell them. You may be required to present valid government ID as required by law, and we may record transaction information as required by law. We may decline any transaction at our discretion.
