- Item details: descriptions of the gold, coins, bars, silver, diamonds, watches, or other items you are interested in selling.
- Communications: the content of messages you send us through our website form, email, or text message (SMS).
- Phone calls: calls to our business number may be answered by an automated AI answering service operating on our behalf. Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed, where permitted by law, so we can respond to your request.
- Technical information: basic data such as IP address and browser type that our website host and embedded services (Google Maps, Google Fonts) may automatically receive.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and appraisal information.
- To schedule and confirm visits, and send appraisal or appointment updates.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from CitieGold (program name: CitieGold Customer Messages), we use your mobile number to send appointment and appraisal updates, replies to your inquiries, and customer care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business and services (for example, website hosting, form processing, our phone answering service, and our messaging provider), solely to provide those services to us, and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties as described above.
